Our camp has two fully-equipped, air conditioned kitchens which feature double gas ranges/ovens, commercial stoves, freezer/refrigerators, multiple sinks, ample cabinet space, and potable water coolers. Cookware, utensils, cups, plates, and flatware are provided. We can also provide local staff cooks if desired. The Camalote House kitchen will seat up to 20 guests. The main camp kitchen and dining room will seat up to 75 guests. Larger groups (up to 300 diners) can be accommodated by using the chapel for overflow seating. The Main Camp Kitchen can also be used for meetings and includes a permanently installed TV and an available video projector. The Camalote House kitchen is included in the house rental |
